Feedback on arm tattoos..?

Ive been very interested in this certain tattoo for quite some time that happens to have many circles in the design and i would like it vertical on the back of my arm, but im concerned about that area. If i were to tone my arms in the future or perhaps gained some fat and it happened to sag, would the tattoo become distorted? Would it be good place to put a tattoo of that type?
