1999 Ford f250 not starting. Help!?

I have a 1999 Ford F250 with the 5.4 liter triton engine. I shut her down today then got back in to leave and it wouldn't start. It will not even turn over, the engine jumps one time with a loud click then the wipers start running. Checked the battery and the starter, they are both good. ANY help would be greatly appreciated as I use the truck for my job and can make no money without it. I have always taken good care of it and it only has 145000 miles on it. About a week ago I changed the oil and used high mileage for the first time. Idk if that would mean anything. Please help me. Thank you!
