you should weigh about 100 for you age. I mean what you weigh now if fine but don't try to lose weight. If you say everything is tight then why lose more weight. Also body fat is a good thing. You actually need some to be healthy. So don't lose the weight just be normal. If there is still some fat when you like you don't have any good for you but you will make yourself very sick trying to stay on that diet and losing that much weight
