Can I break my lease for loud pipes?

Every time me or the neighboring apartment turns on the water the pipes make a very loud screeching and knocking noise. It is so loud now that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. We have complained since February and it still is not fixed. Plumbers have come out many times but the noise is still very loud
