How can I measure the reliablity of PET(Preliminary English Test) exam ?

I'm using only reading(35 questions) and Listening (25 questions) sections as a homogeneity test for my thesis. But I don' know which method of reliability I should use and please tell me how to insert my data in the SPSS. Should I add each item (60 items) seperately or if I only have two columns of data is ok?
